Materials Needed

- All-purpose thread
- ½ Yard of fabric
- 13" x 15" piece of insulated batting (such as Insul-Bright™ insulated lining/batting)
- Iron
- 1 Yard of ½" grosgrain ribbon
- Hand sewing needle
