Following reports from consumers who recently purchased the SEQS-6700 from HSN on November 7th, 2012 , we identified an issue regarding the fitting of the hoops on the machine. Singer and HSN are aware some machines may have been shipped with defective hoops and arrangements are currently being made to provide replacement hoops at no charge to EVERY consumer who purchased the SEQS-6700 from HSN. These hoops will be replaced automatically, it will not be necessary for you to contact HSN or Singer for the replacement.
