Received this product for Christmas. Very easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear and precise. Ease of operation. I have steamed 6 shirts in less than 30 minutes. Haven't done pants yet, those will be next.

Works on nothing!

Cons: Poor Quality, Works On Nothing And Leaks Water On Whatever You're Steaming.

I read and reread the instructions and followed them to the T. I tried the Steamworks Pro on a rayon polyester blend blouse, did not fully remove wrinkles, just made them less deep. Then I tried it on a silk blouse with worse results. I won't even mention the bedskirt results. On everything I tried it on it leaked water. The protective glove for the hand holding the garment was not protective! I will be returning this steamer to Kohl's tomorrow.

Love the ability to choose the amount of steam needed for the job. The steamer delivers steam in just minutes. Nice size water tank that is easy to fill and empty.
