I've only owned Singer machines, so there no hesitation when i saw the Futura SES2000! I LOVE the machine! I love the red color accents on the machine, it's sewing & embroidery features! I love working the embroidery design on my pc, & sending it to the machine for stitching, & not having to deal with, & BUY special "cards" or floppy discs is a great feature!
Sewing & embroidery quality is great!
If i had to make improvements to the machine: -MIRROR STITCH function- would be better that duplicate stitches -EMBROIDERY FIELD dimensions- a true 5x7 field, or larger!
Love the Futura, & yes, the new Singer machines are still QUALITY machines!

I have used this machine for about a year, it works very well, The software is so much fun to expermint with and come up with and modify designs for embroidery, the one thing I would like help with is the Draw package part of the software, it seems there are no instructions for using this, or I simply can not find them, even on line. I would buy this machine again, it is a great tool.

I bought this machine 11 months ago for all of its features and have been so glad I did. The machine I had before this was my first and was very basic, so there has definitely been a learning curve, but the results are well worth the time, money, and effort! The manual, the DVD's, and the online support are very helpful...especially in getting started. Although the embroidery software has been the most difficult and least intuitive feature (and I used to work in IT), it isn't lacking in function, and through some trial and error, I now feel very comfortable with it. Overall, I love the machine and wouldn't trade it!

I've had this machine for about two months now and I'm very happy with the results it gives. Slowly, but surely, I've been learning the embroidery part of it and it seems like I've got the hang of it now. I love it. So many nice features and beautiful results. I would recommend this machine to anyone. Thanks Singer for making this product.

Great machine- whisper quiet. Features are plentiful with functional and decorative stitches. Needle can be moved along with stitch length and width. Needle threader a real plus. Most expensive Singer I have owned and well worth the money spent.

This machine is perfect for me and I can't wait to get to get to my machine each day and try new projects. Sew easy to sew embroidery designs, to jazz them up with new ideas. Sew easy to sew patchwork projects. Can sew with the blind stitch foot, serger,ruffler,button foot and the other feet so easy, plus 100 buit-in stitches.
